Our Story
Jordan Reeves founded Stratum Advisory after a decade of watching organizations fail not from lack of vision, but lack of infrastructure.
She had worked inside startups that couldn't scale their teams. She had consulted for nonprofits that had great programs and terrible systems.
She had watched founders burn out trying to do everything manually because no one had helped them build the scaffolding underneath their work.
Stratum was built to solve exactly that problem. We work with a small number of clients at any one time — intentionally. It allows us to show up the way we believe consulting should work: as a true partner, not a vendor. We're in the room when it matters, not just on the slide deck.
